When you say hi-fi do you mean the old "flat earth" stuff ?
Naim and linn etc?

I used to do that sort of stuff ...

It not only took over my living room , but my life

Music has ALLWAYS been my main hobby , either making it or listening to it .
Listening to it has allways been more pleasing to the ear

I've messed around with motorbikes too , mainly of the Italian sit upright variety , or French stand up and hop variety ...

But messing around modifying cars and fitting car stereo I guess has been my main hobby for the longest .

Towel whipping and searching for Bigfoot are still 2 of my favorites.

There's no Bigfoot in Massachusetts. They're all in Sasquatchewan. Everyone knows that.

No, I like the Monster Receivers from the mid to late 70's, especially Pioneer and Marantz. I actually bought a very nice set-up in the late 70's new when I was a stock boy at a grocery store, my room in my parents house looked like a Who concert stage .

Like an idiot I sold the components 20 plus years ago, bought a Bose Lifestyle system when we built our house.

Luckily I still have the speakers (EV Interface Series) and am in the process of restoring a Marantz receiver I rescued out of some guy's garage.

I had a gorgeous Linn Sondek turntable with an Ittok arm and Koetsu cartridge back in day. RIP analog
