Park your car in a high rise apartment!

Now this would be nice to have.

Well, the owner of the car in the video takes the car to his living room and that's nice for sure.
For me, however, it works out the same because "I" go to the car in the garage that now I call it "the living room."

P.S. Where does the owner in the video keep his tools?

A lot of old warehouses on the east side of downtown LA are being re-modeled into "loft" style housing for the artsy trendsetter crowd and some of them include pulling your car into the loft for safe and secure parking in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood.

Whats the point? The condo already has very secure parking, why do you have to have it on your floor? And the condo looks pretty dinky for being a "millionaire" condo, the parking spaces take up a big amount of the square footage of the condo.
