Front right main hard brake line

Hopefully I am doing the right thing here, this is my first post. I can't see any other posts on this subject.

2003 986 S Tiptronic

I am replacing the OEM flexible brake hoses with HEL performance braided lines (they look really good quality compared to OEM) I have completed the rear relatively unscathed, having only needing to replace the short hard line to the left caliper after it was found to be totally seized.

Moving to the front I encountered another seized connection but this time on the right main line that disappears under the inner wing. The end connector has seized into the flexi hose. I have done some damage to the connector so it will have to be replaced in order to complete the job.

Has anyone had any experience in trying to replace with the OEM Brake Line? It looks like it goes around lots of corners which makes me think I will need to strip a lot down to do this. I am wondering whether most people make a new pipe up that can be easily threaded through to the distribution block? or whether it's worth trying to fit the OEM part to keep the factory look?

Any advice welcome, thanks.
