2000 986S joins the 964 in the garage

Hello all,

Just got myself a 2000 Boxster S 6 speed with 114k miles here in LA for $8K. It has some known issues (tires, only one bad key, rear brake pads, CVs) and while it isn’t perfect cosmetically, it looks great from 10 feet!

Having the Volt as a commuter (not happening) and being scared to drive the 964 near it’s limits (sentimental value), I needed a fun car to replace the part of my soul lost when I sold my 228i sport. The Boxster is way more my speed.

After the items above and basic maintenance I will do next week, I will bring it to my shop and have them look closer.
