New owner of 2003 Boxster

Hey everyone, I just purchased my boxster about 2 weeks ago. Honestly I've been enjoying wayyy more than I even thought I would. Definitely planning on driving this thing until it doesn't run anymore. I didn't buy the car perfect however as the headlights, paint and soft top have definitely seen better days. So I was wondering if there were any paint color suggestions as I'm looking to get the whole car repainted, it's currently Guards Red (Wouldn't be against keeping it this color though).

Changing the color of a car is not as simple as many think. It's dramatically more expensive than simply having your car repainted.
For instance, under hood areas, door sills, under trunk lids, etc: They are all body color. If you change the color, then either you paint those too, which is very expensive, or you make it ugly.

I would stick with your current guards red..

Didn't Maytag do the wrap thing on his ride? I thought it looked pretty amazing. Not many people discussing this option and I have no experience with it but from the photos I've seen most look pretty darn good. Is this even an option for discussion.
