So, the RMS is a seal. It's the rear main seal. RMS. No bearing. And it is a good idea to replace it anytime you are there. Which you will be, if you do the IMS bearing, which is, in fact, a bearing. :-)
Both seem to be a good idea, if that car has been sitting for prolonged periods.
