Just got my baby... 99 Silver - Black

Hello to everyone, just picked up my first Porsche last week! Love the drive and sound of it! Have no idea what I may have gotten myself into after reading all the potential issues mentionned on the forums but that's a good thing otherwise I would have probably missed the fun! It is a base 1999 with 118kms (about 73k miles), got all manuals, 3 keys, Porsche tool kit. I am still figuring it out and appreciate all the info provided by contributors to this forum! Looking forward to future conversations with members!

Included a picture if anyone is curious!
Cheers

Bien venue. I've had my '98 for four years and have only had routine maintenance done. Took two 2,000 mile trips this summer already. Relax and enjoy your beautiful ride.

Nice looking 986. Welcome to the club. Dont worry about all the negativity. It can get you down if you let it. Maintain your Porsche as best you know how. Study the manuals and get your hands a little dirty and you will appreciate it even more. I love mine every day I get into it. Again, welcome.

New Menber Bobber

I obtained my 1998 base boxster the middle of may after truck killed my Focus.
Silver with Red 92,000 Miles. I love it and have been involved in interior refurbishing the leather and carpets. Most fun I had in years-Larry_22
