Oh No No No No, what the....Did the PO try and paint out the amber in the front and rear lights?
This is not a 986 I would consider, sorry, PPI or not you are probably looking at several thousands from the get-go. If they'll let it go for 10K (max), with a 30-day W/T warranty, you may have a chance as long as the mechanics are good. Follow the advice offered in this thread, you'll be glad you did.
