Your last thread ("Dealer service...Ouch") received some pretty strong opinions (mine included). Don't let that deter you from using and contributing to this resource. Folks on almost any forum will disagree passionately, or say things that they'd not say in person...don't take it personally; everyone here gets a little heat from time to time!!!
