Windshield Wiper Fluid Leak

I have gone through many threads about this topic but none of them have helped solve the problem.

My wiper fluid light went on so I tried to fill it up. 5 min later I went back out to the garage and found a huge puddle of wiper fluid on the floor.

The fluid is coming our of a square hole towards the bottom of the reservoir. The hole looks like it is supposed to be there and it doesn't look like anything has broken off of it.

Can anyone help me out with this?

First Picture: This is the location of the problem

Second and Third Pictures: The hole that the fluid is coming out of.

without really looking into it I would probably just clean, dry, and place a blop of silicone there. Relatively easy to remove if there is a plug in for something later

I'm going to update this as I figure things out. Hopefully this will help someone out in the future.

This is the hole and the part that is leaking: https://www.carpartsdiscount.com/auto/parts/2000/porsche/boxster/washer_pumps/windshield_washer_pump.html?3593=18735

I think mine has the same issue. Are you doing the replacement pump? Interested in the outcome.
