Thumbs up Vermont Trip Pictures

Hi Folks,

Here's the one shot we took yesterday - apparently, we were too engrossed in the driving to take more . Hope to see some other photos posted soon!

That run up Equinox mountain was pretty thrilling -- yeeehah!

Charlie, thanks for all your efforts to set the trip up - we had a great time. Well done!

It was a real thrill! The trip made for a long, long day, but it was very rewarding. Thanks for coming out, everyone!

- Charlie

This picture is of the first meeting area in Ayer...

Not a bad view from our table, but here you can see it wasn't much of a "foliage" run...the leaves are about a week later than normal because of the warm autumn.

Lined up and ready for a breathtaking ride up the privately owned (no speed limits!) Equinox Mountain toll road...

Top of the toll road, looking down. Beautifully graded, banked switchbacks, fun to break the tires loose exiting the corners

But all things come to an end...in this case a very long ride home--especially for our dedicated NY folks! This was our last pit stop as a group.
