Nine8Six Projector Headlights - replacement bulbs and ballasts

Anyone out there know which replacement bulbs and ballasts I can order for a pair of Nine8Six (Fred's) projector headlights? I see 35 wattt ballasts with the same terminals that I think will work, but there seem to be a lot of different bases on the bulbs, I'm not sure which ones will fit. Looking for bulbs with bases like in the picture below. Thanks!

Looks like generic one size fits all rubber base on the bulb. Buy a rubber based bulb and ballast set on Amazon would be my recommendation.

Thanks, I'll take a look at the base when I get home on Tuesday. I'm starting to think my issue is the headlight switch. First thing I'll do is swap in another set of bi-xenon headlights I built that I know are good. If those headlights also look like they're sending weak morse code signals instead of lighting up, I'm going to replace the switch. If those headlights fire up I'll get new bulbs and ballasts.
