High speed only radiator fans

live in AZ and was wondering how to have both my Radiator Fans run at High Speed only. It is getting to that time of year when every bit of cooling is needed.
I just cleaned out my annual supply of cig butts, gravel, animal fur from my radiator, so while i am at it i thought would ask about the fan speeds.

Is this possible and what are the down sides?

Would be just a case of jumping the grounds on the High and Low relays for each side?

I think the fans would probably wear out faster, and the car would be quite noisy. I would recommend doing the low temp 160 thermostat change-out if you haven't already. It's relatively simple and cost me around $50.
