pinion shaft (flex shaft, torque variant shaft) ect ...

I sent the pinion shaft to martin willis @ the machine shop, Colorado Springs CO.

all the pro welding shops refused to weld on the shaft as it is hardened (they say) and the liability was too great.

He does them all the time for the 944 racers
(if it works for them, it will last on the street for ever).

I pulled the pump and lines, my application just needed a smaller alt belt.
