Engine transplant, Looking to do what Todd Holyoak has done with a 3.6l 997 engine. I want to used my 6speed Trans and only add/replace wiring or computers where required. I know that the 9a1 engine or 997.2 is different fromt he m96/97 and just wanted to know if it will bolt directly in and up to the 6speed trans. I think the trans will work as the 997.2 was offered with such a configuration just with the small 997 unit. as for the mounting and bracing that is where i have no clue. Cheers for the reply
