Water pump and thermostat gaskets
Do you need to use gasket sealant when installing a new water pump and thermostat ?

If you bought the stock type embossed metal gaskets then, no sealant.

Just curious, were you able to stick a torque wrench in there to tighten the WP?

Ill let you know this weekend when I do the actual install
just drained all the coolant and cleaned the front rads tonight
The front rads were actually pretty clean. Now I just need t remember where all the screws go LOL

In case you didn't already know, there are two longer bolts on the pump. I made the mistake of not paying attention and had to go back and fix it.
