Are there certain water hose(s) that should be changed while I am in there? I was also considering changing out the motor mount to the 987 one while doing this. Thoughts? TIA
I recently did these, too, plus the motor mount and had a thread about this with tips from other people as well that might be useful to you.

My car was at 135k miles, and the motor mount was absolutely worth it, or necessary. The old one was extremely disintegrated.

My first mistake was not raising the front end to drain coolant from the radiators, so I had to redo that part. Also, I followed the manual coolant bleeding procedure (Bentley, Pedro's Garage) the first time, but didn't get certain results. I actually bought the Airlift kit and redid the bleeding. It was so much easier and faster with that tool.

Anyway, good luck with the repair!
