Steel threshold door sill plates

Anybody have a suggestion on what type of glue to use to re-attached my door sill threshold plate back down on my car?

I think a good double sided tape would be your best bet. There are some very good automotive grade adhesive tapes out there now. Do a google search.

That's what I've used on my carbon fiber door plates.

You can also use a few dabs of an adhesive caulk to keep them in place.
