Autozone sells a trim removal kit for $15ish that is AWESOME for removing the door panel (and lots of other stuff). Griots sells the same kit plus a couple more tools for $24ish. I've managed to pull my door panel off twice now without killing any of the little plastic grommet thingys.

From experience....way better than the screwdriver method.
