Looks like you are not using enough force in driving the bearing into place. I froze my installation tool with the bearing as well just to help maintain a cold environment during installation.

Note: This is not an install that is lightly tapped into place...once you get it going, drive it all the way in and get it done. Your bearing is warming up and the longer you take the larger the diameter will become.
