Just swapped the flasher relay with a LED one - 30 secs as Getee said.

No troubles now!

The setup I have on the car is LED brake lights, headlights and 3rd brake lights

If you're doing it in a stepped process (as I did) this is what you have to do:

Brake lights - no led relay or resistors required
3rd Brake lights - resistors required as it stops your cruise working (detects the brake light as being on with the led version)
Headlights - led flasher relay to pick up the lower resistance.

All done and enjoying the updated Porsche!
