It may be a bit much, lol!
I'm thinking that I need a white console to pull this off...oh well. It only took about 45 minutes.

I plan to do a few more pieces(e-brake handle, some door pieces, etc.), so I'll wait to see how it looks with them before going back to black. My stock boot is fine, so it'll only take a few minutes to switch back.

Ahhhh...boredom

Certainly is quite the contrast... perhaps the entire interior in white would look good.... you better buy a few more cows

Yeah, I photoshopped my interior first to see if I'd like it...and I didn't.

Looks pretty much like it did in the photoshop, so I'm thinking this little project is a no-go. Nice to know that I can make my own shifter boot if the stock boot ever wears out, though.

I switched it back to the stock black boot already...

Not necessarily. Not everyone has the gumption to make a whole new shift boot. Now you know how to make shift boots,you could make them any color you wanted to match your taste. Shoot, I am sure you could sell a leopard print boot to JD!

Wow the contrast! I loved doing leather work for my old 924/944's. If I had proper sewing machine I would get back into it. Keep it going!
