Looking for 2.7 or 3.2 engine up grade

My 1998 base boxster engine has been very reliable since I've reworked the heads but i'm a bit worried about the lower section. It has over 180 K on it at this time. If it goes I want to be prepared to swap it out for a larger engine. So I'm looking for a 2.7 or 3.2 engine to replace it when it goes to Kablooie. I'm willing to travel some distance for the engine. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Find a crashed/salvaged car to pull the engine from have seen them on Copart for $2650 as well as a 2001 S for $2,000. Check classifieds here and Rennlist for anyone parting out a car see them on occasion.

If you have any interest in doing a rebuild I have a 2.7L that came out of a 2000 that was swapped to a 3.2L. I'm uncertain of condition but if you're interested you're free to do anything you'd like to check it out (leakdown, borescope, etc). I'm in Park City so close by.

Also have an extra 5-speed and a ton of interior pieces that were stripped in the track conversion.
