Unique Boxster For Sale

Located in Redding, CA. Asking $14,500.

1998 Porsche Boxster 986. 85,600 miles. Arctic Silver, black interior with manual transmission. Extremely well maintained, looks and drives amazingly well! Just passed smog.

A few things that set this car apart from others as these cars continue to appreciate:

- Body colored hard top

- FULL GT2 bodykit, including front, side, rear and trunk/spoiler pieces along with intake scoops. All painted arctic silver

- new 18" BBS SR anthracite wheels with new Yokohama Advan Sport AS+ tires. NO BLEMISHES on wheels.

- Expensive IMS bearing kit already installed! This work has already been professionally done for $4500 along with the clutch, water pump, thermostat, belt, trailing control arms, battery and oil separator at the same time. Documentation available.

- Soft top works great and is in excellent shape. With the optional wind deflector, top down driving is amazing.

Other things I have done in my time of ownership besides oil changes are new engine and cabin air filters, replaced the shifter with an OEM Porsche 997 unit, replaced shift boot, replaced horn mechanisms, new trunk struts, new headunit, new wind deflector clips and even installed a GT3 center console delete with carpet and trim for more leg room.

Previous owner also replaced coolant expansion tank and cap, another common and annoying problem which has already been remedied!

AC also works extremely well.

Stock options:
Options: polished stainless steel exhaust end (XLA), arctic silver painted roll-over bar (XMY), wooden steering wheel with aluminum rivets, airbag module covered w/ leather (XNE), stainless steel door entry guards with Boxster logo (X70), alu-look instrument dials (X71), gear lever knob with aluminum top (X97), handbrake lever with aluminum inlay (X98), sportTechnic package (013), sports chassis 10mm (030), traction control ASR (222), traction control ABD automatic braking differential (224), 17” carrera-look twist spoke wheels - no longer with car (396), wheel caps with colored Porsche crest (446), sound system 6 speakers (490), produced at Valmet plant in Uusikaupunki, Finland (502), alarm 315 MHz (535), wind deflector (551), leather storage pocket on engine cover (582), CD-radio Becker Porsche CDR-210 (688), leather dashboard and door panels (981), leather seats (983)

Stock wheels are not available.

Clean title, in hand.
Cryptocurrency accepted and recommended.

Thanks for looking!

Congratulations on the sale!

Will you share from where you purchased the intake scoop... and is there one on the driver side?

Thanks!

Thank you. For a couple years I've been holding out on the driver's side until a passenger side is available. So...

From where did you purchase the passenger side vent.

That would be unique. Thanks!
