FS: 2002 Silver Boxster S in Southern California

2002 Porsche Boxster S, 3.2L H6 with a 6-Speed Manual, 150k miles
$9,500
Very well cared for manual Porsche Boxster S with driver focused updates including Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, pedal modification for improved heel-toe shifting, and the “hole-punch” exhaust mod (does not affect emissions) for better sound. This Boxster S has been well loved and not left rotting in a garage. The IMS bearing has not been changed, but regular oil testing conducted through Blackstone Labs has not indicated that it was necessary. The only notable “issue” is that the cruise control currently is not functioning, but who needs that when you’re driving a manual sports car!
Features:
• Silver
• Black Convertible Top (rear plastic window replaced on 6/26/2018)
• Black Leather interior (excellent condition, seats refurbished on 6/26/2018)
• 18” Black Alloy Porsche Wheels w/ locking nuts and socket
• Michelin Pilot Sport 4S Tires (<4000 miles)
• Air Conditioning
• Power Steering
• Power Windows
• Power Locks
• Bose Sound System w/ amplifier
• 6 CD changer
• Black Floor Mats w/ Porsche lettering
• Wind Stop
• Clean CARFAX
• White Gages
• Retractable spoiler
• Adjustable Steering Wheel
• Keyless entry
• Car cover

If you're cruise formally worked then quit, see if your cruise light bulb on the dash is out. If the bulb is bad, cruise will not work. Crazy but its true. Had the issue, tried the bulb switch (verified first bulb was indeed bad) and all worked again.

Thanks for the info! I checked the light and it turns on when I turn the key (but not starting the car), so that doesn't seem to be the issue. I also checked the Clutch Pedal Cruise Control Cancel Switch, which seems to have failed (it was stuck in it's retracted position). I'll see if replacing that part fixes the issue.

Cheers

Price Change

Quick update. Price has been dropped to $10,000.

Also, I replaced the Clutch Pedal Cruise Control Cancel Switch, but the cruise control still isn't working. If anyone else has thoughts, please let me know
