I had a great condition car (2000 S 55000 original mileage) but it appears that the IMS bearing failed. I even had the IMS r/r'd. Still broke.
I am looking into options and right now looking to unload the entire car or part out. I have several upgrades for sale:
IPD kit
Brand new Convertible Top w/glass
New tires/front-rear
Wheels Porsche spoked (Small curb rash on one)
Bilstein Suspension (PSS9 - 5000 mileage on them)
HR 7mm spacers front/rear
Carbon Fiber (Front hood, side vents, internal door handles and center console unit)
New Front windshield
I am the second owner and bought it @ 40000. Car was babied but apparently the IMS was not babied
