Indeed, I agree with Johnsjmc. It is a nice car but the transmission is a killer to try and rebuild, definitely cheaper to get a used unit. Then the "while you're in theres" start and clutch, IMS etc. all start to run through the head.
Looks like a sweet car for an LS swap though
Wish I could afford it but right now all of my eggs are in other baskets unless you want to trade for some Porsche 993 convertible parts!
After a quick look at sold listings on Ebay, the honest number on your car is probably about $6,000. It does look pretty nice so may bring more depending on how bad 2nd gear is etc. The new owner can expect to spend about $4-5K on this out of the gate to take care of everything properly.
