Wow, your rear window is VERY clean. Nice car! At prices like this I'm really considering buying another Boxster for my daily commuter. I need to get my current car paid off first though before I consider that. Good luck with the sale!

Prices like this???? I tried trading my box in and the stealerships say our 1999 Boxsters are only worth $9000. I feel like I own a 1984 944. When does the price tumbling stop? No offense to LIUYU79, but his price is alittle high.

Yes, I would still say "Prices like this...". I've got a tired old '87 CRX as a daily driver that I would love to retire. I've been looking around in the $10,000 to $15,000 price range for something with ~40K miles on it, AWD or RWD, good looks, and sporty. There are a lot of options within those criteria - Z3, 350Z, RX-8, Audi TT, etc. Honestly I would lean more towards the 225 Hp quattro Audi TT right now, but I've decided to put my plans on hold for a while and focus more on paying off my Boxster. But if I was seriously shopping and could get a nice Boxster for the same price as a Z3, 350Z, RX-8 or Audi TT, I would seriously consider just getting another Boxster for the daily driver. I'm not basing any of this on blue book value, but more of what the competition is within that price range. A good, low mileage Porsche for $16K is not a bad deal at all.

thanks for all the positive feedback
All I can say is you get what you paid for. Honestly if it's not because we have 2 convertibles, 1 sedan, and 1 SUV, I would definitely keep the well cared Boxster. I have owned Honda CRX, Subaru WRX, WRX Sti, Audi TT Quattro, Boxster, now Z4 3.0i. Among all those cars, the Boxster always has and will have a special place in my heart. You will never feel as emotionally attached to Porsche as with other cars. It's really sad how much the price has dropped. We can only blame Porsche for the mass production, flooded the market with these little fun cars. Or is it because there were just many of us wanted, 6 month waiting list back when they first came out?
I really don't care what other people say how much or high the price I am asking. I believe it's worth every penny of it. Matter of fact, I wish the car will never sell. oops, conflict of interest. On the other hand, I believe the price is fair. When it's all said and done, I will probably buy a wide-body, air-cooled 911 couple (964 or 993) to fill the empty spot for a true sports car.
