KBB value is at $31,500 for private party. MSRP on this last true Evolution was $37k. I believe my price is more than fair considering how much parts worth. I can part it out, but I really prefer to sell it as is since car looks and handles great as it sit.

Car is in great shape as it can be for 1 year old, few tiny rock chips on front bumper, no dings or nothing as I always park in garage at home and work. Wash and wax regulary.
