Please forgive the delay in my response.
When we hook up the battery everything works as it should in regards to lights, blinkers, etc.
That is the cage but I added the diagonal bar at the top and NASCAR bars for the driver's side.
I have a bill of sale but I have not chased down the title as my last (3) SPB's didn't have titles either.
No extra parts or wheels are included and nothing has been added or modified to the suspension or brakes as we were just getting started.

Is the engine and trans installed in the car right now? (read the right way, your original post could make one think you've installed it)
