Just use pads suitable for the track - problem solved.

The "Yellow Stuff" pads should be better. Rotors and pads are consumables, so you will be on to a new set in no time.

Also think about your braking technique, most are on the brakes for far too long. Make it short sweet, build pressure fast then get off the brakes.
