I have a different LCA than you, but based on my experience, increasing camber with shims in the LCA will drastically effect toe as well as camber, but have little effect on caster.

However, you should be able to rotate the "hockey pucks" around in the LCA to reduce caster using the stock lateral link "tuning forks". This is a good thing as it can allow you to fit a wider front tire without scrubbing the fender liners, which can occur when turning when using the stock caster. Stock caster is way overboard IMHO anyway.
