H+R sways needs drop links for auto-X ?

Hey guys,

I got a set of H+R front / rear sitting in the garage that I haven't gotten around to installing yet. I was debating selling the car for another AX toy but decided to keep it for a few more years. Of course this mean spending money and building it out more.

For now, its a 2001 S with some power mods, light weight wider than stock wheel, and stock suspension. I'm planning to add PSS9 in the very near future ( this year ) but first needs some advice about drop links.

I'm planning to just install one part at time, do a few events to feel out how the car changes with each modification.

Is adjustable drop links required to install the sway bars ? If not, what is the benefit of having them ? The only ones I know about are Tarretts ( sp? ) .. is there another brand I should consider ?

Thanks!

If you lower the car a lot, you will kill the standard links prematurely. You really need adjustable ones, that way you can dial out any preload on the bar.
