The [target=targettarget,harm] part would never come back true unless the mob is healing itself. That option in the macro would cast the taunt on the targets target which would be me or a party member and achieve nothing hence the target switching commands in my macro. The [target=targettarget] is not a check but a cast direction command and will always cast on the targets target so this macro would not work
And if you are tanking a boss that you can taunt and have to switch tanks :P

I'm struggling to understand when you would use this.
You'll have a precious hotkey tied up to it, in addition to also having hotkeys for the abilities seperately.
It just doesn't make sense.
When you are tanking you'll use about ten abilities very regularly and will want to access them quickly and not necessarily in the same order.
Stick the standard rotation ones on 1-5 so you can maker a nice drumming rotation (I use SS 3, Rev 4, Dev 5) and then stick the others around them and include R, T, F, and G.
You won't want to take up one of those important ones with your macro. You'll have your left hand firing off all your abilities as needed and with your mouse you can position yourself and select each of the mobs in front of you by clicking on their nameplates.
I really hope this doesn't sound like an insult, but in my experience when people start tanking they look for lots of shortcuts to improve their performance.
While it is true there are some things which can't be done any other sensible way than using a macro (e.g. Pally Bubble off/on macro for wiping fear etc.) most of these combination macros are so situational that you are better doing things manually.
In your Dev/SB example you'd probably end up having Dev and SB hotkeyed separately in any event and using them when you didn't want to use the macro.
I say all this because I went through the same process of learning, and I think its a stage we all go through xll!
