Well, if they are using 9.5qts of oil and the charging you for 10qts, you should be asking for that last bottle with 0.5qt, so that next time when you check the engine and it needs a little oil you can use that! If you paid for it, it is yours not the dealers!!!!
People seem to forget that they are paying for that stuff, the dealership is not giving you anything free, it is your right to ask for that 0.5qt.
