Removing the throttle body,I'm stuck

How in the world do you release the throttle body from the goldish/brown bracket located underneath it? It's a 99',non e-gas and I'm frustrated as heck.

Whoa! Thanks! Here is the thing though.....whenever I go to turn it,the rubber that it's ran threw twist and turns accordingly=nut doesn't loosen.

Maybe it needs a shot of WD40 or Liquid Wrench to loosen the nut?

Ok got it off,now the bracket it twisted!?!?......This is flippin annoying. Sorry about the pictures,it's hard to get the camera focused. Look at the golden bracket,Ohio's is straight, mine is twisted.I attached a picture of the throttle body cleaned,at least 1 thing has gone right so far.
