Try to figure out which options are important to you and pick a car that you will be happy with! Have the PPI done and dont let warranty scare you. You can purchase an aftermarket warranty easily. Do a search for warranty on the forum. If I could recommend some options, the Full Leather is nice, 18 inch wheels, Litronics, PSM and heated seats will come in handy in MD.
