Actually, the '00 model has the three spoke wheel.

On the "00, while the rear deck lid has an electric remote release from the key, the internal releases for both front and rear are mechanical.

The 3-spoke was only on the S in 2000. This wasn't noted. The crest on the steering wheel is also silver only on 2000s.

To the original poster, both sound like good prices if they turn out to be good cars. But that's heavily dependent on region. It's up to you to decide if it's a good deal.
