I agree...Elise and Exige are ONLY for the track and an occasional weekend drive..I had one of the first ones...and got rid of it because it was AWFUL on the street. I don't track.
I wouldn't worry about reliability as these cars are Toyota driven. The problems with these cars have been nitpicky issues such as water entering the rear
trunk,headlight covers that burn,the amount of damage done by flying rocks, and the crappy ergonomics. Again...this car is ONLY for the track.
On subject...I always took the position of "life is short, drive everything you can!"...but...I have actually fallen in love with the Boxster. I keep looking at other Boxes to buy and then I look into the garage and my 2000S just says "keep me"! I cant dump her!
