removal of rear bumper

how hard is it to take off? i removed the front one before, but not the rear. any info is appreciated. im trying to take off the exhaustto do the pedro sport exhaust

there's instruction over at renntech to remove the rear bumper but it's possible to change out the muffler without removing the rear bumper (also threads on it over at renntech.)
