Oh poop -- I knew that would be too easy. I guess it's back to the drawing board then. But thanks again.

So if anyone knows how to connect the ignition to the headlights, please stand up.

Perhaps I didn't explain correctly what I'm looking for -- I would like to leave the light-switch in its on position (turned all the way to the right) where the parking lights and the headlights are on, and then when I'm turing off the engine and pull out the key, ALL the lights go off -- including the parking lights.

Since both my MX-5 and SAAB worked this way, I've now burned myself too many times draining the Boxster's battery.

Any help appreciated,

if you had a mitsu galant you wouldnt be looking for this, my moms car does this, her lights are always on, and the switch is turned all the way to ON position, when leaving u take the key out and they still on, as soon as you open the door all lights turn off.
kinda kool
my camaro on the other hand was weird, when it would get dark they would come on as soon as u put the handbrake down and whatever u try u cant turn them off (kinda annoying tho), so no drivebys w that thing hehehe
