Window operation is not related to the SRS. Why was the seat removed? Are you certain that all of the connections under the seat are correct? The black module under the seat does effect window operation.

There are other tools that can reset the Air Bag light if the fault is no longer present and not permanent, I've used AUTEL and TOPDON diagnostic tools and there are many more out there. Check the manufacturers description. Also you may find a Durametric available for rent for less than buying a cheap tool - I see one on eBay now for $54.99 and I think there have been some here on the forum.
