1998 Boxster Recline Switch Imploded

So while putting my seat backs in the correct position my recline switch imploded and the springs and small white nipples are lost to the void. Is there any way to manually recline the seats? I also just figured out that I could tilt the seats forward with the upper latches so I didn't have to do this in the first place but here I am.

I don't have a Boxster seat or wiring diagram handy, but it may be fairly simple to remove the panel from the side of the seat and use a jumper wire (bent paperclip) to act as a switch to get the seat to the desired position for now.
