2002 Boxster misfiring and running rough

I could use some help here as I am out of ideas what is causing this issue. Long story short, I was updating my suspension (Arms, bushing, shocks, etc..) and while the car was up on stands, I decided to replace the spark plugs. Picked up the wrong plugs at my local store, (NGK BKR6EK (2288)) which are for the 2.8. After starting the car ran rough, missing and backfiring. So, I immediately double checked the number online, removed them and put in the Beru 7129 and it ran the same, rough... I remembered that I did clean off the side of the engine somewhat with degreaser and rinsed off with parts cleaner so thought maybe the coils were damaged when I handled them, or the moisture caused an issue. I ordered new coils and after installing them today the car runs the same. Any thoughts what to check next.

I recorded a video of the car behavior.
