While removing the AC system I took the front bumper cover off today. Front AC line and both evaporators have been removed. History of the car is starting to show as it obviously has taken a little (I expect) hit on the front left. Many items not properly fastened or connected. So overall a good time to make it all well again.
So on to the question. There are two rather thin hoses that seem like vent or drain hoses. A white one coming from the left front and a black one coming from the right. They come together in the center on a little plastic part that opens to the air. What are these used for?
They are not properly secured now and if I have an idea where they come from I can probably fix them in all places, cleaning up the front of the car.
