When replacing the AOS do you need to replace the Crankcase Breather Hose also?

I am sorry but don't have the parts manual for the 986 platform, but I know that Sunset Parts lets you shop by P/N and description but some of our members have access to the PET manual for the 986.

PS: The reason I suggested replacing the hose was because when I replaced the AOS on my '07 987CS, it was completely brittle and cracked while trying to disconnect it, and knowing that your car was a bit older than an '07 the hose should be replaced at the same time, good luck!
