200 cpsi catalytic elements/converters

Hello everyone,
one of my catalytic converters has unfortunately melted, that would explain my subjective feeling of low power. The cause is probably fixed, there is an old invoice for two new ignition coils. I think that too much unburnt fuel has got onto the catalytic converter. It is noteworthy that she did not throw any errors (durametric), the conversion has probably worked so far.

I can buy a used one, alternatively I would have both housings fitted with new elements.

My actual question is: is there any experience with 200 cpsi elements in terms of complete conversion or do I (sometimes) get error messages? The genuine ones are 400 cpsi afaik.
