Styrofoam to foam falling apart.

On the carpeted piece behind the seats on a 23 Year old boxster we just got, one pad was lying in the front trunk and one was lying behind the seat.
i did some research to see if this could be fixed and ended up just sorting through what i had.
just wanted to report that ultimately i just used some 3M corner bead adhesive ( It sprays pink) i had from a drywalling project a few years ago. it is basically just contact cement. sprayed and let it set up for about 8-10 minutes. When you are spraying both surfaces you have to be carefull. i sprayed the whole surface first time and it was a bit difficult. second time i didnt do the edges until after and it worked much better.

Anyway just wanted to pass on what i learned and wanted to report it worked great .
