'98 Convertible Top Removal - Microswitch

Hello, I have a '98 Boxster with a bad rear window. I picked up a used top with frame and want to remove my convertible top and frame and replace it with the one I just picked up. I believe I need to remove the plug (rear defrost) on the driver's side (LHD car) in order to slide the old top assembly back and out. How do you disconnect this plug? I don't want to break it and create a larger project.

BTW, if you have a '98, there are 2 Phillips screws on each side in addition to the 3x 13 mm fasteners - took me a bit to find those.

I figured it out - you want to unclip the metal clasp that is holding the wires and then move the center post in the connector away from you to undo the clip. Boy, it sure did look like you want to move it towards the outside of the car to undo it - but that isn't correct. BTW, there is a micro-switch on the arm of the top that requires a T15 Torx to remove it.

Here you go. The microswitch is the one with the white oval sticker on it.
