Engine swap

A question regarding Tiptronic transmissions:
I have a 2003 Boxster S M96.24 long block I acquired in a deal with a 2001 Boxster S chassis. For sale nearby is a 2003 Boxster 2.7 Tiptronic with a bad engine. Will the 3.2 L long block work with the Tiptronic gearbox that comes with the car ? Will the induction from the 2.7 ( an M96.23, I would think) work with the 3.2?

Everything should swap over just fine. While doing the swap consider adding a 996 intake manifold and lowers the engine a bit. Take a look through some threads on here for data/ DIY information.
